By using our services you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions of service, which may change from time to time without notice. This does not affect your statutory rights. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes to the Terms of Use constitutes acceptance of those changes.

For regular service, clothes are prepared within a maximum of 24 hours from the time of receipt unless the employee specifies otherwise. After ninety days, the consumer will be contacted and given a ten-day period before we destroy the product. Your clothes are a trust with us, but in the event of their loss or damage for reasons beyond our control we will compensate you appropriately. In the event of damage to the clothes or any comments, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Please ensure that the clothes are free of any personal belongings as we will not be responsible for their loss. Please ensure that you receive the invoice for your clothes delivery and compare it with what you delivered to avoid any errors.
